badal ayam selalu nya mesti ada kaitan kan dengan hati ayam. tapi i tak  suka sangat makan hati ayam sebab isinya terlebih padat semacam. bawah ni maklumat yang monster jumpa. peminat badal ayam panggang, goreng, dan sewaktu dengannya silalah baca di bawah ini yaa

Fat and Cholesterol

Approximately 15 percent of the calories in a serving of chicken gizzards come from fat. The ideal fat intake ranges from 20 to 35 percent of your daily calories -- roughly 44 to 78 g -- so the 2.6 g of fat in gizzards does not contribute much to the suggested consumption quantity. However, this food is quite high in cholesterol. One serving contains 370 mg; the recommended cholesterol intake is 300 mg per day. Too much cholesterol in your diet may increase your risk of heart problems.

Protein

Chicken gizzards are an excellent source of high quality protein, with 30.3 g per serving. This amount meets a significant portion of your daily requirements of 46 to 56 g per day. Protein benefits your immune system and aids in tissue repair. Gizzard protein provides all the essential amino acids.

Vitamins

Include chicken gizzards in your diet to boost your B vitamin intake. This food provides 17 percent of the daily recommended intake of vitamin B-12, a nutrient also known as cobalamin. The vitamin B-12 in gizzards promotes red blood cell production and keeps your nerve cells functioning correctly. This food contains 16 percent of the niacin, or vitamin B-3, you require each day as well, which is important for hormone production. Chicken gizzards also have 12 percent of the daily value for riboflavin, or vitamin B-2.

Minerals

One serving of chicken gizzards is quite high in selenium with 59 percent of the suggested daily consumption. This mineral contains antioxidants, which may help protect against a variety of diseases including cancer. Gizzards provide 29 percent of the daily value for zinc, 19 percent for phosphorus and 18 percent for iron.
